Bezaïd Nar'Gaddrah

Name: Bezaïd Nar'Gaddrah
Race: Troll
Sex: Male
Tribe: "If I am not mistaken, the rake who sired me was a Darkspear, as was my mother. I am now of the Tusks, despite what blood relations would argue."
Trade Skills: Bezaïd, since discovering its potential, has developed an obsession for alchemy and its botanical counterpart study. To him, the potential within the science of alchemy is a vast and clear field of untapped potential. He feels (not entirely inaccurately) that just about anything may be achieved by means of pushing the limits of chemistry. Subsequently, this has brought him into the study of various herbs and their properties, which he also takes great interest in. Getting him started on either topic in conversation may prove to lead down a long road.
Physical Appearance: Bezaid would be called of roughly average height for a Darkspear troll, being somewhere around seven feet in height. His physical features and build as a whole is what one might call "compact," or another antithesis of lankiness. Compared to trolls of more physically demanding professions, Bezaid is not particularly muscular, though clearly keeps himself very fit and able-bodied. The tone of his skin and fur is a vibrant blue colour, along with his sharp eyes. His hair, kept in whatever manner seems most convenient at the time, is simply a darker colour of blue. His face sports a long hooked nose, beady eyes, and a standard expression of austerity when not around people he knows. Speaking with acquaintances, this severity of expression softens visibly.
The fur on his hands does not grow anymore. Fellow alchemists would recognize this as a result of numerous exposures to acidic substances.
His speech notably lacks the trademark accent of most Darkspear trolls. A native speaker of Orcish might notice an apparent ease with which he uses the language.
Bezaid practices near-obsessive hygiene, and his looks and daily cleanliness reflect this.
He frequently smells faintly of chemicals, as well as a wide variety of herbs, notable to any passing herbalist.
Personality: Bezaid is the sort of person who does a great deal of things for the sheer sake of testing their plausibility...as well as for recording data on said plausibility/implausibility, and the factors involved therein. That sort of mentality has driven his arcane and alchemical studies in accordance with what his ambition and ability allow. While bearing these distinct marks of the archetypal absent-minded mage, he is still a Darkspear, and is not beyond a measure of the hot-blooded temperament his race is known for.
Brief History: Bezaïd was born in Orgrimmar as a result of an affair, resulting in his being raised by his mother alone. He learned Orcish as a first language, to which is attributed his lack of an accent. The allure of arcane power attracted him to the study of magic at a young age, which he took to eagerly. Throughout his younger years, he served as a magus of the Horde faithfully, though an increasing disillusionment with certain Horde policies and tactics kept him from involving himself too heavily within its ranks. At the age of thirty seven, he was accepted into the ranks of the Burning Tusk Tribe, where he found a happy medium in loyalty to the Horde, agreeable leadership, and relative liberty in how he plied his craft.

Updated the character info, and added this bit:
Bezaid's Alchemical Laboratory
Not far to the left of Bezaid's wooden hut in Zul'Waja is a ground-level wooden door, reinforced by iron bars. Upon it are carved the words, "Open and welcome to all Tribesmates and up. Breathing apparatus suggested." Beyond this door is a short flight of stairs, leading down to a surface that is approximately fifteen or sixteen feet below the ground. Artificial lighting therein illuminates a room only a few square meters large, and lined with copious counters and shelves, all filled with various items for the use of (or in existence as a result of) alchemical experimentation and production.
An experienced alchemist might call it the 'goblin's handiwork of alchemy.' Safety precautions throughout the lab seem to be at a necessity-only basis, with only directly corrosive, volatile, or light-sensitive chemicals stored in clearly marked and secure containers; everything else is generally set up in the most convenient or space-efficient manner available at the time of use. Fumes from several exposed substances appear to have formed a yellowish salt along the corners of the laboratory's ceiling. The alchemical shelves and counters only line the walls of the room; the remaining space is usually kept clear for moving about, except for what resembles a flat-surfaced surgical table in the center of the room, which is stained here and there with patches of bleach white, a rusty orange, and dark red. Heavy leather straps lie unhooked at the side of the table, ready for use whenever necessary.
At any given time, there is generally a half-dozen or so restorative potions at various stages of completion in the laboratory, kept in a specific area as to avoid confusion with other potions. The majority of Bezaid's vials contain liquids of varying temperature, colour, scent, and viscosity, and are often labeled by nothing more than a piece of parchment with a light scrawl on it; occasionally these might only bear phrases such as "Dilute before use," "Do not mix with water," or even just a number. The higher shelves support a number of preserved organs, each carefully labeled by their name and creature/being of origin. One desk at the far end of the laboratory is reserved for large stacks of notes, containing various records of events and data on the progress of ongoing experiments. The only thing on this desk besides papers is a small metal jar with holes in the top, labeled simply "Dwarf." Lastly, due to the occasional risk involved in handling noxious chemicals, a number of vents lead away from the subterranean room, opening out in a relatively unused area in Zul'Waja.
