Roleplaying Server Rules

Basic Rules

/say, /yell - IC. 100%. Please note that using parenthesis in this channel is also not acceptable and should be avoided whenever possible. If you're with a group of people and need to leave, excuse yourself in character, or whisper the person/people you're speaking with. This is not only our rules, but Blizzards, and we take it very seriously. All breeches of this rule will be dealt with on an individual basis and may result in action being taken.

/party, /raid - If you are with Tribe members, these will be in character with ((parenthesis)) explaining OOC remarks. We also ask that you treat other parties as IC unless you are told otherwise.

Public chat channels - You are to be respectful and considerate in these channels. Your name is linked to this guild, and therefore you represent your friends. Please refrain from using internet speak, caps lock, insulting language or excessive short hand in these channels, as it misrepresents the kind of people we are.

Out of Character channel - Here, respect is of the utmost priority. You will remain respectful to all members in the channel by not insulting, divulging secrets, spreading rumours, speaking slanderously about someone, or treating someone poorly. Any person who disrespects another person in this channel will be dealt with individually.

All chats - You are to be respectful, kind, and not show any OOC signs of prejudice based on ethnicity, sexuality, gender, etc.. If we hear that someone was insulted because of one or more of those reasons, it will be dealt with very severely. Hatred like that is not tolerated, or supported, by the Burning Tusk Tribe or its members OOC.

Please read other Blizzard rules:
