Leadership

Our Leadership:

Burning Tusk Tribe's leadership tries very hard to remain impartial and compassionate, dealing with problems privately and respectfully.

We hold respect and friendship in the highest regards and will protect both as best we can. We remain open and willing to speak with all our members with any concerns they have, both personal and not. We ask that all members speak to us as soon as they feel there is a problem so that we can work with you to resolve the issue before it becomes something that is unsolvable.

Dealing with problems:

While we may not all be adults in the fullest sense of the term, we are a mature guild. This goes not only for the topics we discuss, but hopefully, our treatment of one another and any problems we have. If you have a problem with something or someone, especially out of character, we expect you to try to resolve it privately and maturely. If you are unable to solve the problem on your own, you are expected to come to us so we can talk about it and hopefully resolve it.

We're not fans of letting things fester until they explode. We are always available to deal with member's concerns so that we can hopefully overcome it. If your character has a problem with something in the Tribe, they are able to handle it as they would see fit, though I do fully expect an out of character conversation if you intend on leaving the Tribe.
